Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy was last updated on September 11,2024.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once it is shipped, however, if the product is eligible for return, you can return the same in accordance to our return policy.

• Refusing to accept your order at your doorstep will be considered as return and refund will be issued as per our return policy.

• You can cancel the order before it is shipped by visiting the my order page or by contacting our customer support.

• On receipt of the cancellation request prior to issuing and processing of the invoice we shall cancel the order and initiate the refund for the Products within 7-10 (seven to ten) business days from the receipt of the cancellation request from you. The amount shall be refunded to you through the same mode of payment used by you for the purchase which can be used for subsequent purchases. All refunds shall be subject to applicable policies and charges of the User’s bank/ financial institution.
