Is it possible to order over the phone, or must customers use the website?
Answer: Customers can place orders immediately using WhatsApp. All of our products are also featured there, but the pricing and delivery time will be the same (with the exception of consumers ordering from the same city or town).

Do you provide free shipping for all orders?
Answer: We provide free shipping on any orders over INR 3000, which includes curtains, cushion covers, carpets, rugs, and so on.
Orders ranging from INR 800 to 1000 will be charged a shipping price of 99 and 149 rupees, respectively, for standard surface and air shipping. We also provide discount coupons, and you may be lucky enough to receive free shipping at any time.
Which payment options are accepted on your website?
Answer: To make transactions more convenient for our customers, we offer a variety of payment methods like as cash (up to INR 1500 per order), UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking.
However, an additional 50 rupees will be charged for cash on delivery orders as a handling fee.
How can customers keep track of the status of their orders?
Answer: Customers can simply follow the status of their shipments using the tracking link supplied by our trusted shipping partners to your registered email address.

Can clients cancel orders if they change their mind before they are shipped?
